Bordeaux and Bordeaux Supérieur, represent the largest vineyard of fine wines in the world, mainly blended wines.
The Bordeaux vineyards benefit from an oceanic climate and a terroir made of limestone soils, gravel and sand which gives its wine its specificity. When tasting, it is personalized by more powerful tannins which ensures longer aging potential.
With a purple color, this elegant and fine wine is the result of a selection of spicy and woody wines with fairly powerful substance and a harmonious texture. From the Carillonade adventure, is born a Bordeaux wine, the result of a combination of the best South West of France grape varieties, with its typical tones of refinement, finesse and aromatic intensity. Composed of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, this Bordeaux offers a subtle and gourmet wine. Each cuvée that composes it is delicately selected and measured, to extract a final product based on search and quality.

White Chardonnay, the most famous grape variety in the world, which produces very fine wines that express themselves on aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits. This wine is distinguished by its roundness and fullness in the mouth. Nervous and pleasant, it is the archetype of a friendly and elegant wine with a sweet scent of spring.
But the adventure is still only halfway, the range creates the two single grape varieties typical of our beautiful region, Merlot, the most common grape in Bordeaux, and the most famous Cabernet grape.
Merlot has a soft and round profile, fruity and robust, which brings a lot of color and aromas of fleshy black fruits such as blackcurrant and blackberry. In the mouth, we can appreciate the silky texture of its tannins, its moderate acidity and this fleshy aspect which gives it charm and sensuality.
